本機適用于各種天然纖維、合成纖維、化學纖維及其混紡的織物、針織物、無紡織物印花后的蒸化固色和涂料印花后的焙烘，適用于各種染料，織物克重范圍50~450g/㎡.特別適用于數(shù)碼印花、轉(zhuǎn)移印花和小批量打樣用。

使用染料：活性、酸性染料

Suitable for woven, knitted, non-woven fabrics of natural fiber, synthetic fiber, chemical fiber, blending being ageing fixation& curing after printing.

Suitable for varies dyes staff, fabric weight range 50-450g/sqm.

Specially suitable for digital print, transfer print and small batch sample print.

設(shè)備特點：

1）進出布熱氣簾式氣封裝置

鎖住濕度和溫度，濕度飽和的情況下，氣封口排氣量大大減少，比常規(guī)型號節(jié)約20%的能耗，同時濕度大大提高，蒸化顏色更加鮮艷。

2）循環(huán)風機變頻可調(diào)

根據(jù)不同布種和克重，設(shè)定循環(huán)強度，避免產(chǎn)生漂移、沾色和掉桿。

3）底部給濕水槽，蒸汽直接加熱。

通過調(diào)節(jié)蒸汽加熱閥門控制濕度，流量計實時顯示，直觀準確，濕度調(diào)節(jié)范圍大。
