概述

本機(jī)（JC-7A/17氣動(dòng)上下熱雙工位壓褶機(jī)）可將衣物按要求通過(guò)高溫及壓力的配合壓出各種壓褶定位效果，操作速度快，省時(shí)，省力，是現(xiàn)代制衣壓褶工藝中的首選機(jī)器。

安裝及操作說(shuō)明

①    本機(jī)要放置在平穩(wěn)的地面上，機(jī)器四周應(yīng)有一米以上空間，以方便安裝及維修。

②    確定機(jī)器安裝位置后，安裝固定好所配腳架，固定好腳架，把機(jī)器放有腳架上，放穩(wěn)機(jī)器后，確定機(jī)機(jī)安裝位置后，配備單相220V電壓或110V電壓交流電源，電壓波動(dòng)范圍-10%-5%的閘刀開(kāi)關(guān)或空氣開(kāi)關(guān)（注意：電壓波動(dòng)范圍-10%-5%時(shí)請(qǐng)配備合適的穩(wěn)壓器），以便控制電源通斷，并必須接可靠地線(xiàn)。安裝完畢后，再認(rèn)真檢查一次，以免誤接。(注意:整機(jī)必須有合適牢靠的保護(hù)地線(xiàn))

③    連接所配壓縮機(jī)氣接頭，打開(kāi)氣壓，將壓力表調(diào)制(4pB-6pB)使發(fā)熱板升起，壓力最大可調(diào)至8 pB；

④    插上電源，打開(kāi)電源總開(kāi)關(guān)，電源指示燈隨即著亮;

⑤    將溫度表調(diào)較至所需溫度(通常為120℃-200℃)；

⑥    將時(shí)間表調(diào)較至所需時(shí)間(通常為10至30秒左右)；

⑦    機(jī)器準(zhǔn)備進(jìn)入工作狀態(tài)時(shí)請(qǐng)先準(zhǔn)備好被壓褶定形的相關(guān)物品放在易操作機(jī)器的附近。

維修

1．            壓力：下壓發(fā)熱板不平時(shí)，可調(diào)較發(fā)熱板中心的四條絲桿；如壓力不夠時(shí)，可調(diào)較機(jī)器的過(guò)濾器，把過(guò)濾器上高突起的左邊蓋子拔起，順時(shí)針是增加壓力，逆時(shí)針是減少壓力，注意：壓力最大可調(diào)至8PB。

2．            時(shí)間：當(dāng)壓褶定形時(shí)間到達(dá)而發(fā)熱板未升起，則須檢查電磁閥觸點(diǎn)是否燒壞或時(shí)間表是否燒壞。

3．            溫度：當(dāng)所調(diào)溫度到達(dá)時(shí)，溫度表會(huì)顯示已到所需溫度，如不升溫，則檢查①接觸器是否壞了；②溫度表是否失靈；③發(fā)熱管是否燒壞；④高溫線(xiàn)是否脫落。

4．            下壓工作板不下壓：①檢查工作臺(tái)是否到位；②氣壓是否在4pB以上；③感應(yīng)開(kāi)關(guān)是否與磁鐵感應(yīng)；④時(shí)間表是否計(jì)時(shí)，會(huì)計(jì)時(shí)，則說(shuō)明感應(yīng)開(kāi)關(guān)沒(méi)問(wèn)題則需檢查電磁閥；⑤電磁閥是否有電，有電而不動(dòng)作，則是電磁閥壞。

注：氣壓力應(yīng)調(diào)到(4pB-6pB)，如發(fā)熱板未升起，請(qǐng)栓查氣壓線(xiàn)路，電磁閥是否暢通，過(guò)濾器是否打開(kāi)。

Installation and Operation Instructions
