Mix proportion

White discharge: Discharge printing paste 85-95% + discharge powder 5-10%

Colored discharge: Discharge printing paste 85-95% + discharge powder 5-8% + pigment ?%

Printing process

1. Mixing discharge powder, discharge printing paste, pigment and stirring them evenly.

2. Printing for 1 time (4-6 scrapes per time).

3. Baking for 1-3 minutes or hot pressing for 10 seconds under 160-180℃(within 5-30 minutes after printing).

4. Finish.

Attentions

1. The pigment is max 12%.

2. Please use up the discharge printing pastes which already mixed with discharge powder, otherwise it'll be not stable for the effect. 

3. Don't put the knit discharge powder together with the jean discharge powder, otherwise it'll be on fire.

調(diào)配比例

拔白：拔印漿85-95% + 拔印粉5-10%

色拔：拔印漿85-95% + 拔印粉5-8% + 色漿？%

工藝流程

1. 絲網(wǎng)選用80-100目，用絲印硬方刀75度刮印1次（3刀左右），以印透纖維為佳。

2. 印完后等5分鐘左右（不超30分鐘）待拔印漿滲透布料

3. 160-180度烘烤1-3分鐘或壓燙10-25秒

注意事項(xiàng)

1. 對(duì)色牢度要求高的產(chǎn)品，加1-2%固化劑可提高牢度

2. 調(diào)入牛仔拔印粉的漿料請(qǐng)?jiān)?span>8小時(shí)內(nèi)用完

3. 針織拔印粉和牛仔拔印漿不能放在一起，否則有著火的危險(xiǎn)！
