[操作工藝]

漿料+色漿+固色劑,根據(jù)實(shí)際情況調(diào)整(Mesh網(wǎng)布80-120目)印花→干燥

有條件：烘干、熱處理(130-150℃,3-5分鐘)效果更好。

[注意事項(xiàng)]每批次貨/每次使用前,必須認(rèn)真試驗(yàn),確認(rèn)后方可使用。

1)選擇合適的固色劑可以提高印花面的色牢度與摩擦牢度(注意固色劑的時(shí)效性) ,避免使用陽(yáng)離子色漿和助劑。

2)干透后再進(jìn)行熱處理,可以增加牢度。24-48小時(shí)后,方可測(cè)試?yán)味取?/span>
